For a number of years, RCRT has offered congregations a training programme for equipping Elders to reach their full potential and to serve their congregations more effectively. This flexible service can be delivered in-person or online via video conferencing.
To accompany this training, the RCRT Elders Training DVD ‘Eldership: Thinking Biblically and Theologically’ consists of three DVDs and a short guidance booklet. The training material seeks to examine three broad areas of concern:
- The biblical teaching on eldership
- The historical background to eldership
- The practical tasks of an elder
The DVDs and accompanying booklet are designed to be used as flexibly as possible. They can be used individually or as part of a group study.
The DVDs costs £20 plus £1.50 post and packing.
